Why Not Us Labs provides an AI-powered web application generation platform that enables users to create full-stack web applications through natural language prompts. Our Service includes application generation, hosting coordination, and project management features.

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate malicious, harmful, or illegal content
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining
- Create competing services using our platform
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: You retain all rights to the applications and content you create using our Service. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Service: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Why Not Us Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- No refunds for partial periods or unused generations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. We store generated applications in GitHub Gists and project data in secure databases.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for:
- Any errors or omissions in generated applications
- Loss of data or generated content
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Third-party service interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Why Not Us Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
